Negreanu Grinds Down Mizrachi

Omaha

Michael Mizrachi opened with a raise to 3,000. Next door, Daniel Negreanu popped it back, re-raising to 10,500. The Grinder called.

The flop brought {6-Spades} {7-Diamonds} {J-Hearts}. Mizrachi led out with a pot bet of 22,500. Negreanu quickly moved all in for an additional 15,600, and Mizrachi called.

Showdown
Mizrachi: {A-Clubs} {8-Clubs} {J-Spades} {K-Spades}
Negreanu: {A-Spades} {A-Hearts} {5-Hearts} {10-Spades}

The {10-Hearts} on the turn was a safe card for the at-risk Negreanu, as was the {7-Spades} that hit the river. Kid Poker dragged in that big pot, doubling up to 103,000 and leaving Mizrachi crippled down to 8,500.
