Hevad Khan Eliminated in 11th Place ($18,170)

Hevad Khan - 11th Place
Hevad Khan - 11th Place
Hold'em

First in from the button, Hevad Khan put in a pot-sized raise to 42,000. Najib Bennani was in the small blind, and he was leaning over the table trying to eye up Khan's remaining stack. After a moment, he re-raised with a big stack of pink chips. Daniel Makowsky folded the small blind, and Khan quickly put his last 50,000 additional chips into the pot.

Showdown
Khan: {A-Spades} {8-Clubs}
Bennani: {A-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds}

The board ran out completely dry for the young pro, coming {6-Clubs} {Q-Hearts} {2-Hearts} {3-Clubs} {9-Diamonds}. With that, Hevad Khan becomes our 11th-place finisher, heading over to the payout desk to pick up more than $18,000.

After Khan's elimination, the remaining 10 players have bagged up their chips and headed over to the secondary feature table area. We'll be on break for 20-30 minutes while the players fill out their bio sheets and recombine into one final table of ten.
