Kathy Liebert opened the action with a raise to 7,000 from early position before a player in middle position moved all in for his last 21,000. The action folded to Gavin Griffin in the big blind who moved all in over the top for his last 77,000 but Liebert wasn't going anywhere as she made the call.

The board bricked out and Liebert scoops to send two to the rail in dramatic fashion. She's now up to a commanding 240,000 chips.
In what was easily the biggest pot of the day, Cody Slaubaugh raised to 6,600 preflop and got re-raised all in for 39,200 by Ryan Welch.

Welch caught a pair when the flop came , but it wasn't enough. The on the turn and on the river ended the hand, and passed the 416,400 chip pot to Quoss. Welch went to rail, while Slaubaugh has just 60,000 remaining.
Nicholas Grippo and Mike Sowers both liked the flop of enough to commit both of their impressive chip stacks into the middle. With almost 300,000 in the pot, the cards were tabled:
Grippo:
Sowers:
Grippo held a set but Sowers had plenty of outs with his straight and flush possibilities. One of those outs was the which hit the turn to give Sowers a straight and the lead. Needing to avoid a repeat on board, Sowers was thrilled to see the fall to give him the double up and monster pot to claim the tournament chip lead. Grippo still has some change with 68,000 behind.
A player raised from early position to 6,000 and David Benefield flat called before Hasan Habbib made it an additional 26,000 to play from the big blind. The action then got a little crazy. The early position player moved all in for 36,000, as did Benefield for all of his 100,000 chips. Habbib raised his eyebrows and folded face up.

The board landed and Benefield takes it down to eliminate his opponent.
However Habib got some revenge a few minutes later when he picked up himself and got some value after check-calling against Benefield on a board.

Slaubaugh called and had Welch dominated with vs. . The on the river didn't change anything and Slaubaugh raked in the huge pot, putting his chips at 258,000. Welch lost the majority of his stack and now sits at just 39,000.
After a middle position player raised to 5,500 Clark Hamagami decided it was a good spot to move all in for his last 22,000 chips. However his opponent made the call with and Hamagami found himself dominated and staring down the barrel holding .
That is until the board was spread pairing up Hamagami and giving him the double. He's back in good shape with 48,000.
