Ramdin is Not the Victor

Well he is and he isn't, if you see what I mean.

There was about 2,000 in the pot and the flop was {J-Spades} {9-Clubs} {6-Hearts} and Ramdin bet 1,150, only for his opponent to seemingly look unsure about the bet and throw in 2,150.

It seemed as though this was meant as a call, but since it was over half the size of the initial bet, it was counted as a raise. Ramdin quickly moved all-in and was instantly called.

Ramdin: {A-Hearts} {10-Hearts}
Other Player: {9-?} {9-?}

Ramdin suddenly picked up outs when one of the better cards for him, the {Q-Spades}, came on the turn. The river was the {3-Hearts} and Ramdin was knocked down to just a few thousand.
