Doing the Double Up

A couple of double-ups for you.

First, at Table #61 Nikolai Yakovenko responded to Russell Crane's big flop bet by raising all in, and Crane called. The board was {Q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}. Crane had {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}, but Yakovenko {A-Spades}{6-Diamonds}. The case six came on the river as well, giving Yakovenko quads and the 355,000-chip pot. Crane still has 420,000.

Then, at Table #61, Brian Meinders pushed all in for 99,000 from the cutoff, Brock Parker reraised from the small blind, and James Bord got out of the way. Parker showed {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and Meinders {A-Spades}{9-Diamonds}. The board came {A-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{9-Hearts}, and Meinders is now at 210,000. Parker is still over a million with 1.015 million.
