Waiting for Those Antes to Kick In? Keep Waiting

"Why are there no antes?" a player just asked his tablemates over at Table #183. (Incidentally, for those keeping score at home, officials have changed our table numbers not once but twice since players took their seats earlier today.)

Indeed, in limit hold'em tourneys, no antes are introduced. But those blinds/limits are going up, up, up.

With 31 players left, our average stack is 93,339 -- less than 10 big bets here in Level 17. Those with below average stacks are certainly glad right now there are no antes to pay as well.
