They See Kim Here, They See Kim There - Out in 18th Place ($27,824)

Disaster for Steve Kim. He somehow got a lot of chips in the middle with {A-?} {K-?} -- very reasonable, seeing as he was way ahead of Chad Brown's {K-?} {9-?}. However, a cheeky nine on the river changed all of that, and now Brown is up to 650,000, while Kim dropped right down to 70,000. Oops...

Just a few hands later, Kim found himself involved in an enormous three-way capped pot with Soheil Shamseddin and Kenny Hsiung. He bet the {Q-Hearts} {10-Hearts} {10-Spades} flop and got two callers. He bet all in on the {8-Spades} turn and got two callers. Hsiung bet out on the {A-Clubs} river -- and got no callers as Shamseddin gave it up.

Kim: {9-Clubs} {9-Diamonds}
Hsiung: {Q-Spades} {Q-Diamonds}

And that's the end of that for Steve Kim, who busts in 18th place.
