Sue! Straight Flush for Mueller

Pat Pezzin raised from the button and got two callers -- family pot!

All three checked the {6-Diamonds} {J-Spades} {7-Diamonds} flop -- very friendly indeed.

They saw a {Q-Spades} turn all together, just like a real family, but this time Chad Brown spoiled the party and bet out. Greg Mueller decided to raise and short-stacked Pezzin ducked out of their way, but a call from Brown later and they were at the {4-Diamonds} turn.

Brown now checked and Mueller bet. Brown raised, Mueller reraised, Brown four-bet and Mueller capped it; Brown called. This is not what happy families do.

But fair enough, as Mueller turned over {3-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds} for the straight flush. Wow. Mueller took the pot and moved into the chip lead on 2.6 million; Brown meanwhile just shook his head sadly and mucked, as he dropped back to second place on 2.2 million.
