Rodrigo dos Santos Eliminated in 23rd Place ($25,817)

Rodrigo dos Santos - 23rd Place
Rodrigo dos Santos - 23rd Place
Stefan Mattsson opened with a pot-sized raise from under the gun, before Rodrigo dos Santos repotted for 102,000 from the cutoff. The action folded back to Mattsson who quipped, "I'll play the rush, I call!"

The flop was {2-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} and both players checked.

The turn brought the {10-Diamonds} and Mattsson checked to dos Santos who moved all in for around 110,000. Mattsson made the call.

Mattsson: {10-Hearts}{7-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}
dos Santos: {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{9-Spades}

The river was the {3-Spades} and Mattsson takes it with two pair to move up to 985,000 to send dos Santos to the rail in 23rd place.

Henri Kettunen Eliminated In 25th Place ($25,817); Todd Barlow Eliminated In 24th Place ($25,817)

Henri Kettunen was knocked out before we could even see what happened on one table, but as that was happening, Todd Barlow raised pot from UTG. Stefan Matsson reraised the pot from mid-position, setting Barlow in for his last 47,000 and Barlow made the call.

Matsson: {A-Clubs} {K-Spades} {J-Clubs} {9-Diamonds}
Barlow: {A-Hearts} {Q-Clubs} {6-Clubs} {4-Hearts}

The board came {Q-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {8-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} {3-Hearts}. Barlow had flopped two pair but Matsson turned the nut straight to eliminate him and another one bites the dust.

Gabriellson Folds Royal Draw

Ferit Gabriellson raised to 22,000 from late position before Matt Graham made it 96,000 from the small blind. Gabriellson made the call and they took a flop of {10-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}.

Graham fired out a pot sized bet of 183,000 and Gabriellson went into the tank...for a long time. It seemed almost ten minutes had gone by before the clock was finally called.

The seconds ticked down and Gabriellson timed out - his hand declared dead.

He wanted to rabbit hunt but wasn't allowed as he slammed {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts} face up to the shock of the entire table.

"Are you serious? You folded that?" said Van Marcus. Indeed he did, as Graham takes down a strange pot to start the day.

Giang: {A-Hearts} {K-Clubs} {K-Spades} {5-Spades}
Schwartz: {A-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} {Q-Clubs} {6-Diamonds}

The board comes {3-Spades} {10-Hearts} {3-Clubs} {6-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} and Giang doubles up to about 275,000.
