Lunkin Good!

A Vital-y Win
A Vital-y Win
Vitaly Lunkin was all in with Brandon Adams and Daniel Makowsky calling with about 100,000 in the middle.

The flop was {J-Clubs} {4-Clubs} {3-Diamonds}, Makowsky moved in the remainder of his chips and Adams instantly called. All three players then flipped their cards:

Makowsky: {A-Hearts} {A-Spades} {Q-Clubs} {10-Clubs}
Adams: {J-Spades} {J-Diamonds} {5-Spades} {7-Diamonds}
Lunkin: {A-Clubs} {A-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} {8-Spades}

Adams was ahead with top set but both other players had flush draws, Lunkin also had a wheel draw too.

The turn was the {2-Clubs} making the flushes for both pairs of aces and the river was the {9-Diamonds} which helped no-one.

Lunkin scooped the huge main pot, and Makowsky took a side pot leaving Brandon Adams crippled. Afterwards, it appeared Makowsky and Adams had words, both clearly upset over losing such a huge crucial pot at this stage.
