Flop A Queen, Bro

Eugene Todd was all in before the flop for about 80,000, and Alexey Popov looked him up. Popov showed down {A-Diamonds} {K-Spades} to dominate Todd's {A-Clubs} {Q-Clubs}.

Salvation would come though as the dealer ran a flop of {8-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} {2-Spades}. Todd had outflopped Popov in a big way to take a commanding lead. The {7-Spades} and {2-Hearts} that filled out the board kept him there, locking up the pot for Eugene. When the chips were counted down, Popov had his opponent covered by just one lonely orange chip worth 1,000.

Popov would quadruple up to 4,000 on the next hand, then almost quadruple once again on the next hand. He would lose his last 15,000 one hand later though, and Popov was finally put out.
