Alex Millar Eliminated in 13th Place ($24,725)

Alex Millar - 13th Place
Alex Millar - 13th Place
Alex Millar very succinctly summed up his Day 3 with the board showing {J-Clubs} {Q-Spades} {7-Hearts} {7-Diamonds}.

"I don't run good today."

Millar had re-raised to 125,000 from the small blind after Michael Katz opened for 39,000. Katz moved all in with {A-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds} and Millar called with {8-Clubs} {8-Spades}. The fateful queen on the flop was indicative of a day gone horribly wrong for the man who started second in chips.

"Eight one time," he requested with a hint of desperation. He didn't get it. The {10-Spades} river completed Millar's stunning collapse. He leaves in 13th palce with $24,725.
