Troy Weber has been the chip leader for most of the day and the only player over 200,000 from our counts. The player seated to his immediate left had built up a solid chip stack all day and just recently the two of them battled in one of the biggest pots of the tournament.

There was some preflop action to build up the pot to around 15,000 and on a flop of {J-Spades} {8-Hearts} {3-Hearts}, Troy Weber checked over to his opponent. The player fired a bet of 7,000. Weber stood his ground and called.

The turn was the {8-Diamonds} and paired the board. Weber checked again. His opponent fired 11,000 this time. Weber counted out some chips. He then raised to 30,000 and his opponent snap-shoved all in immediately after Weber's chips hit the felt. The amount was counted down and the total was 55,375 more. Weber went into the tank with still over 180,000 chips in his stack. The media gathered around the table, photographers snapped photos, and players from adjacent tables left their seats. Finally, Weber flung the chips into the pot and made the call.

Weber's opponent quickly turned over {Q-Spades} {Q-Hearts}. Weber turned up {10-Spades} {8-Spades} for trip eights and the best hand. The dealer burned and dealt the {9-Diamonds} on the river. Weber's hand held up after he took the lead on the turn and he is now sitting with a massive chip stack of over 340,000 chips!
