Maier Doubles Allam

From the hijack seat, Lana Maier raised to 1,100 and got two callers. The first caller was Robert Campbell on the button and the second was Jules Allam in the big blind.

The flop came down {Q-Spades} {J-Spades} {10-Clubs} and Allam checked. Maier fired a continuation bet of 3,500 before Campbell folded. Allam then raised all in for 9,150 total. Maier called holding {Q-Clubs} {J-Hearts} for top two pair. Allam held {9-Spades} {5-Spades} for a straight draw and a flush draw.

The turn was the {3-Spades}, giving Allam the flush. Maier failed to fill up on the river when the {6-Clubs} hit and dropped to 67,000.
