Sven Survives

In one of the last hands of the night, Dennis Phillips limped, Kenny Hsiung raised to 22,000, then Sven Mol reraised all in for 122,000. Phillips folded, and Hsiung called. Afterwards, Phillips said he'd folded pocket tens.

Mol showed {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and Hsiung {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}. The flop came {9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Spades}, giving Mol a set and the big lead. The turn brought the {10-Diamonds}, and perhaps a little woulda-shoulda-coulda for Phillips. The river was the {J-Diamonds}, and Mol is up to 305,000. Hsiung drops to 292,000.
