Zolotow Surges from 195K to Over 1.2 Million

Steve Z
Steve Z

Allen Kessler (X)(X) / {5-Spades}{A-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{10-Hearts} / (X)
Steve Zolotow (X)(X) / {J-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades}{J-Clubs} / (X)

Kessler completed on third street, Jennifer Harman called with the {8-Clubs} up, Zolotow raised, and both Kessler and Harman called. Kessler led out on fourth street, Harman folded and Zolotow called. Kessler led again on fifth street and Zolotow called all-in.

Zolotow made trip jacks on sixth street and Kessler needed to make his low on the river to get half the pot. He missed, and Zolotow scooped. That hand took Steve Z up to 625,00 while Kessler was left with 800,000,

The next hand:

Zolotow (X)(X) / {3-Spades}{10-Hearts}{3-Clubs}
Harman (X)(X) / {9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Spades}

Zolotow brought it in, Harman completed, Zolotow raised and Harman called. Zolotow bet fourth street and Harman came along, but she folded to Zolotow's fifth street bet.

With that hand, Zolotow was up to 850,000.

On the hand after that, Zolotow made a wheel against Kessler's kings and jacks and scooped his third pot in a row, and is now on over 1.2 million in chips.
