Deeb Laughs it Off

Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

Jameson Painter raised in middle position, and Nikolay Evdakov made it three bets from the button. In the big blind, Shaun Deeb four-bet it, and both of his opponents called to see a flop.

It brought out {7-Hearts} {5-Spades} {2-Diamonds}, and Deeb's follow-up bet was once again called by both players. That led them to the {10-Hearts} turn where Deeb bet again, and this time Painter ducked out of the way while Evdakov continued his calling ways.

They were heads up to the {Q-Diamonds} river, and Deeb check-called a bet this time. Evdakov tabled {A-Hearts} {Q-Spades} for top pair on the river, and Deeb broke into a fit of laughter as he mucked his second-best cards.

Evdakov - 23,900
Deeb - 37,600
