Mortensen Trapping

The player under the gun opened the pot with a 425-chip raise and got called by three players, including Carlos Mortensen in the small blind.
The flop come out 
and the blinds checked. The initial raiser bet out 900 chips and Mortensen re-popped it 2,500.
The initial raiser eventually folded and Mortensen is now up to 11,000 chips.
