Danheiser Leaves With Some Choice Words

David Danheiser got his chips in bad against Amanda Thomas and didn't get there. His {a-Spades}{9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} was behind Thomas' {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{6-Diamonds} every step of the way on a board of {6-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}, with Thomas making aces and sixes to drag the pot. That didn't stop Danheiser from lobbing a few barbs before departing.

"I haven't won in 80 years," he said. "I lose to a little girl."

We doubt Danheiser will find much sympathy at the cage, where he'll collect $4,448. Thomas, meanwhile, remains in the tournament (with Danheiser's chips), stacked at 183,000.
