The players are now taking their last twenty-minute break of the day. When they return we'll be playing another two levels before we wrap it up.

Marco Johnson: (X-X) /

Violette completed, then called a raise by Johnson. She bet out on fourth, and Marco called. When Violette bet fifth, Johnson stuck in a raise, and she called. Johnson led sixth with a bet, and Violette called for a battle of the draws. Both players paired on the river. Violette turned over

for a jack-six-three low. Johnson held

and just pipped her with a jack-five-three. The pot boosted Marco to 420,00 and the chip lead. Violette fell to 150,000.
Stud-8
Well, we spoke too soon about the comeback of Jared Bleznick, as he recently met his demise in 33rd place.
Bleznick was all in on sixth street in a three-way stud-8 hand but mucked when he couldn't get past the hands of Michael Chow and Nick Schulman. The players are now re-balancing for the final four tables of play. One more table break and we'll be in the money.

Richard Ashby raised under the gun, Allen Kessler flatted, and the small blind joined them. The flop fell

, and after the small blind checked, Ashby bet. Kessler raised, the small blind folded, and Ashby called. He went back to betting on the
turn, and Kessler just called this time. After the
on the river, Ashby checked.
When Kessler bet, Ashby knew he was in trouble. "Do you have queens or aces?" Ashby decided he was willing to pay the bet to see Chainsaw's cards. Kessler showed
for top set as Ashby predicted. Somehow Kessler's loose preflop call had been rewarded with a suckout against Ashby's
. You just can't beat Kessler this summer now that he's opened up his game.
With this hand, Kessler moved up to 410k and took over the chip lead. Ashby dropped down to 250k.

A few minutes ago we reported that Jared Bleznick was down to his last 2,500 chips. Well, in a possible rags to riches story, he's been able to double and triple up on multiple occasions to get himself back into contention.
In the most recent hand he was all in on third street in stud against Carlos Mortensen and Nick Schulman.
Schulman continued to bet into the side pot on fourth and fifth to force a fold from Mortensen.

Bleznick made tens and fours and they held as Schulman couldn't squeeze another pair on the river.
Incredibly Bleznick is now up to 75,000 chips.
Omaha-8
We arrived to find James Mackey and Brandon Adams heads up on a

flop. Adams bet, and Mackey raised all in. Adams looked him up. Neither player had a very impressive hand at showdown. It was Adams'

against Mackey's

. The
ended the possibility of a low, and the
on the turn missed both. That meant that Adam's pair of deuces was good enough for him to scoop the pot and send Mackey packing. With Mackey's stack added to his own, Adams is moving back in the right direction. He's got 255k at the moment.

On a flop of

Matt Glantz check-raised the bet from Abe Mosseri, before leading out with a bet on the
turn. Mosseri responded with a raise of his own with Glantz calling.
The river produced the
and Glantz checked. Mosseri bet and again Glantz put in the check-raise. Mosseri made the call but mucked his cards in disgust when Glantz revealed
for the flush.
Glantz is at 220,000 with Mosseri slipping to 180,000.

Roman Yitzhaki: (X-X) /

Phil Galfond was all in for less than a full bet on fourth street, but his
only turned into a pair of sevens with the
on seventh. Roman Yitzhaki's
was ahead from the start and made two pair on fifth. That was good enough eliminate Galfond and move Yitzhaki up to 145k.

Jared Bleznick is now on life support after being forced to fold on the river in a hand against Nick Schulman. With plenty already invested, Bleznick had only 2,500 behind on the river as Schulman bet into him, but Bleznick must've caught pretty bad as he decided to fold and live to fight another day.

Schulman is now up to nearly 300,000 and looking strong, while Bleznick will need to find something special to recover from here.
