Deuces No Good for Vengrin

2-7 Triple Draw

Scott Seiver kicked off the action by raising under the gun with Matthew Vengrin being the only caller. Seiver stood pat while Vengrin drew two cards.

Seiver kicked off the next round of betting by committing a bet to the pot with Vengrin calling. Seiver continued to stand pat while Vengrin drew one card. Seiver bet again after the second draw and Vengrin called.

Both players stood pat on the last opportunity to draw, and once more Seiver bet with Vengrin calling.

Seiver tabled {2-}{3-}{5-}{6-}{7-} and Vengrin tabled {2-}{2-}{3-}{6-}{8-}. When Vengrin saw his hand laid out on the table he said in a surprised tone, "Holy shit, I had a pair?"
