Calvin Kordus raised to 155,000 from the button, but didn't get any respect from the blinds. David Tuthill re-raised to 415,000, and Vincent Jacques went the extra mile, pushing all in. Both Tuthill and Kordus folded, while Jacques added the chips to his stack.
