Somerthrill

Shawn Buchanan started the action by raising to 95,000 from middle position. Sam Trickett called from the cutoff and Jason Somerville moved all in for 665,000 more from the small blind. Buchanan quickly folded and Trickett tanked momentarily before calling.

Trickett: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Somerville: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The {j-Hearts}{9-Spades}{10-Diamonds} flop gave Trickett four extra outs to a straight and the two traded kicker outs for broadway.

The {4-Spades} on the turn changed nothing and neither did the {6-Diamonds} on the river however, doubling Somerville to 1,690,000 chips.

Tricket is now very low with 815,000.

Buchanan Takes it On the River

Sam Trickett raised to 100,000 from under-the-gun and Shawn Buchanan called from the small blind.

The flop came down {10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and Buchanan checked to Trickett, who bet 130,000. Buchanan called and they went to the turn which fell the {7-Diamonds}. Buchanan checked and Trickett checked behind. The river was the {A-Diamonds} and Buchanan made a hefty 700,000 bet. Trickett folded and Buchanan raked in the pot.

Buchanan is up to 1,820,000 while Trickett fell to 1,760,000.
