Daymond Lives to See the Light of Day

Timothy Milliron raised to 7,000 from middle position and was called by Nicholas Heather in the cut off. William Daymond then moved all in for 1,700 more. Phil Hellmuth, who was in the big blind, made the call as did Milliron and Heather.

The flop came {8-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds}. Milliron checked, Heather bet 16,000, Hellmuth folded and so did Milliron.

When the cards were revealed, Milliron was ahead with {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs} against Daymond's {A-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. The {7-Diamonds} on the turn changed nothing but the {A-Spades} gave Daymond the pot and brought his stack up to 39,000.
