Ian Gordon was down to his last 525,000 or so when he found it needful to put it all on the line with and was hoping to outdraw Dag Palovic's .

Catching the action on the river on a board of , Benjamin Statz fired out a bet of 500,000 with Jacobo Fernandez making the call.
Fernandez tabled for a flush but Statz showed for a king-high flush to collect the big pot. Statz is up to 3.1 million with Fernandez slipping to just 900,000.
Gabriel Alarie opened with a raise to 115,000 from the cutoff with Edward Ochana making the call on the button.
They took a flop of and Alarie checked it over to Ochana who bet out 140,000. Alarie then put in a check-raise to 440,000 but Ochana came back over the top to 1.14 million. Alarie gave it up.
"Choose one..." teased Ochana, but Alarie decided to flip both. They were both the same, as Ochana showed for a set.
Ochana is up to 5.79 million with Alarie slipping back to 1.8 million.
Over on the main feature table, an amazing seven players saw the flop of the cheap price of just 40,000; or in other words, the minimum.
The flop down and once the blinds checked, along with three players, Duy Le fired out 125,000 with only Michael Mizrachi making the call from under the gun.

Short and in need of a double, Gary Kostiuk found and took that pocket pair to battle. Sadly for him he met Brandon Steven holding .

With a few hundred thousand chips already in the pot, Edward Ochana checked the board of to Meenaskshi Subramaniam. He fired a bet of 250,000 and Ochana called without wasting much time.
The river card completed the board with the and Ochana fired 430,000. Subramaniam made the call, but saw the bad news when Ochana tabled the for rivered trips. Subramaniam slammed his cards down as Ochana was pushed the pot to move near five million.
Todd Witteles was down to just 126,000 lonely chips, and he pushed them all into the middle before the flop. Evan Lamprea three-bet, and Niklas Toorell overcalled to create a side pot with Lamprea.
The board ran out , and Witteles' had missed everything. Lamprea's did too, but his hand was good enough to eliminate Witteles. Toorell mucked to send the pot to Lamprea, and he has officially eliminated Todd Witteles from the Main Event.
Jim McCrink was all in preflop for his last 765,000 against Juha Helppi. McCrink tabled which didn't please Helppi as he would need some help with his .
It didn't arrive as the board ran out . McCrink doubled up to 1.8 million to leave Helppi in a world of hurt with just 360,000.
A few moments later Helppi's last chips were in the middle preflop with but once again he ran into the ladies as Gianni Direnzo tabled .
