Chris Perez
Chris Perez

Jason Baker made it 50,000 to go from the cutoff and Christopher Perez three-bet to 175,000 from the small blind. Baker called after a few moments, landing a {3-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop.

Perez quickly shipped it in and Baker folded immediately, giving the pot to Perez.

Perez Doubles Through Baker

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

In our first big hand since the break, Christopher Perez raised to 40,000. Chip leader Jason Baker then raised to 100,000 and Perez re-raised all in. Baker snap called with his {7-Spades}{7-Clubs} but was trailing to Perez's {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}.

The board ran out {j-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades} and Perez doubled to 520,000 while Baker's stack dropped to 1,000,000

Two More Levels To Go

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Regardless of how many players remain, only two more levels will be played tonight. If a winner is not determined by then, the remaining players will return tomorrow to play for the bracelet.

Perez Doubles On Last Hand Before Break

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Sean Drake made it 28,000 from the cutoff and Christopher Perez responded by moving all in for 95,000 from the small blind. Drake made the call and turned up {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts} but was behind the {A-Spades}{K-Spades} of Perez. The flop fell {7-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, putting Perez even further ahead with a pair of kings. There was no help to Drake as the turn and river came {4-Diamonds} and {J-Spades}

After his double up Chris Perez is up to 214,000.

Adam Falk Eliminated in 7th Place ($10,247)

Level 18 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Adam Falk - 7th place
Adam Falk - 7th place

Jason Baker raised to 40,000 from the cutoff and Adam Falk pushed all in for a little over 100,000 from the big blind.

Falk: {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Baker: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Falk remained in the lead through the flop of {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and the turn of the {9-Clubs} but the river brought the {k-Clubs} which gave Baker a pair of kings. Falk was eliminated in 7th place and will take home $10,247.

Baker is still our commanding chip leader with 1,230,000.
