Deeb Flushes the Flop

Level 20 : 8,000/15,000, 0 ante

Mike Sexton limped in from early position, and both Josh Arieh and Shaun Deeb took a cheap flop from the blinds.

Three-handed, the dealer spread out {Q-Hearts} {10-Hearts} {K-Hearts} and all three players checked to the {8-Diamonds} turn. Deeb bet second to act, Sexton folded, and Arieh check-called to see the {8-Hearts} land on the river. Arieh check-called another bet, and Deeb announced his nine-high flush:

{6-Hearts} {9-Hearts} {7-Spades} {8-Clubs}

It was good, and Deeb moves up to 173,000 with that pot, knocking Arieh down to short-stacked territory with just 78,000 chips left.
