It's probably been the craziest day we've ever witnessed so far in the World Series of Poker, but we're now sitting here bringing you this wrap-up with not two, not three, but six bags of chips sitting on the final table.
The action on the felt was fast and furious once again and the rate of attrition didn't let up, as we saw 24 players busted within the space of two-and-a-half hours before Andrea Vezzani was sent to the rail in 10th place, thus forming our official final table.
With the supporters on the rail outstripping the crowd in the Thunderdome by a huge margin (and plenty of cold ones flowing), there was a carnival atmosphere throughout the next eight hours of play, with plenty of entertainment as the chip lead changed hands at lightning speed. For a while, it seemed like we could have lost nobody, but despite having scored double-up after double-up, Jordan Young's luck finally ran out when ninth place when his 
failed to improve against Robert Koss' 
.
France's Philippe Vert was then busted in eighth place; having been crippled in an earlier hand, he made his last move with 
but ran straight into Stanley Tavanese's 
. With the bracelet now guaranteed to stay on home soil, the players and the crowd began to enjoy themselves even more, save Tristan Wade, who was taken out by Koss after running his 
into Koss' 
.
After 10 levels of play, 19 double-ups, one chopped pot and hundreds of screaming fans, the dust has settled and we can confirm that Foster Hays has led from pillar to post today, bagging up 3,620,000. Even though most of the attention's been on him, he'll have to watch out for Casey Kelton, who has silently grinded his stack up to 3,385,000.
Still, with the way that this tournament has played out over the last three days, anything is possible, and we know for sure that Robert Koss, Jeffrey Lavelle, Allan Le and Stanley Tavanese all have an equal chance to take this one out. Rest assured that we are going to be in for some fireworks tomorrow!

Last Hand of the Night

The last hand of the evening saw Casey Kelton limp from the small blind and Allan Le check from the big blind. The flop came 
and Kelton bet 100,000. Le raised to 215,000 and Kelton bumped it up to 475,000. Le folded and the final table ended for the night.

Chopping Pots Like a Koss

Another preflop all in confrontation happened. This time between Jeffrey Lavelle and Robert Koss. Lavelle held

and they chopped the blinds and antes.
Tristan Wade Eliminated in 7th Place ($94,700)

Tristan Wade moved all in from late position for 1.4 million. Robert Koss instantly went all in from the small blind, showing as soon as Stanley Tavanese folded his big blind. Wade turned over and needed help to stay alive.
The board ran 
and Wade made his way out of the secondary feature table area with plenty of support from fans and his rail.
Foster's Spittin' Chips
Foster Hays is beginning to turn this final table into a shove-fest, but as a result of two big hands, he's now down to 1.3 million in chips.
Earlier, the action folded around to Hays who open-shoved from the small blind for 1,285,000 with 
, but Tristan Wade snap-called from the big blind with 
. The flop of 
changed nothing, but the turn of the sent Hays' supporters into a frenzy. The river 
completed the board, and Hays started screaming with joy.
A railbird accused Hays of spitting on Wade while he was yelling, to which Hays shot back a rather strange response: "YEAH! I SPIT!" Hays is really enjoying himself at this final table; he was practically stoic in the early stages of Day 3, but as he's begun to down more beers, he's loosened up and is constantly chatting with everyone on the rail.
Then, in the very next hand, the action folded around to Hays, who jammed from the button, but this time, Jeffrey Lavelle snap-called from the big blind.

More Double Trouble for Wade
Tristan Wade open-shoved from early position, but Jeffrey Lavelle re-shipped from next door before the others got out of the way.

Both hands hit top pair on the flop of , but Lavelle stayed ahead with the king kicker. Not for long - the spiked on the turn, putting Wade out in front with two pair.
"Deuce!" cried Wade's supporters. Ask and ye shall receive, for lo and behold, the river completed the board!

The all-ins have been coming thick and fast as we tick over into the final level of play, but Philippe Vert has been eliminated over the space of two hands.
Earlier, the action folded to Foster Hays who open-shoved from hijack position with but was snapped off by Vert from the big blind, who had him covered with

put Hays ahead and he improved to two pair when the dealer peeled off the on the turn.
