Morin Gets His One Time

Level 9 : 300/600, 75 ante

The cry of "One time!" came up from table 27, where Gabriel Morin was all in before the flop with {Q-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}, but needed some help against his opponent's {9-}{9-}.

"Two times!" cried Humberto Brenes. The flop of {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} definitely gave Morin the help he needed, and the repeat {Q-Clubs} on the turn sealed the deal. As if to rub salt into the wound, the {J-Diamonds} appeared on the river!

"That's gotta be my one time for the tournament," Morin said as he sat back down to rake in the pot.

"No, it's two times - see? I say two times and you get the two queens," Brenes quipped. Might be handy to keep "The Shark" around as a good luck charm!
