Hinkle Doubles Up Opponent

A player opened the betting by raising to 300 from late position. Blair Hinkle made the call from the button and the two players were off to see a flop.

The flop came {5-Hearts}{A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}. Hinkle's opponent continued out for 250 and Hinkle made the call. The turn brought the {2-Spades} and this time his opponent slowed down, checking the action. Hinkle fired out a bet of 600 and his opponent moved all in, making it 2025 total. Hinkle made the call and the cards were turned up:

Hinkle: {K-Spades}{10-Spades}
Opponent: {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}

Hinkle was looking for a jack or a spade on the river, but did not get his wish as the {9-Clubs} fell. He took a small hit to his stack and his opponent was able to double up.

Makhija Eliminated

Amit Makhija raised to 375 and got a call from the next player to act and the big blind. The flop came {6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}, and Makhija continuation bet 625. The next player to act raised to 1500, and the big blind folded. Makhija tanked for about a minute, before saying "well it looks like Pokernews will be here to catch my bustout," and put the rest of his 2500 in. His opponent called, and the cards were flipped up.

Makhija: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Opponent: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

Makhija had an overpair, but had to fade an ace or a heart to double up. The turn came the {10-Diamonds}, but the river brought the {7-Hearts}, eliminating "amak316"
