After a series of betting between William Thorson and Michael Gagliano, Gagliano was all in and behind

Before the dealer could put out five cards Gagliano stated "we need hearts". Instead of hearts the dealer gave Gagliano a queen on a 
flop. The 
gave Thorson a flush draw. The 
river gave Gagliano three of a kind queens, but it also gave Thorson the winning hand with a flush.
