Speir Quarters Oliveira

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Michael Caetano opened with a pot-sized raise from under the gun, Marco Oliveira called from the button, and chip leader William Speir called as well from the small blind. The flop came {5-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}. Speir bet the pot, Caetano got out, and Oliveira called. The turn was the {J-Clubs}. This time Speir bet 15,000, Oliveira raised all in, and Speir quickly called.

Speir {A-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Oliveira {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades}

Both had the nut low, and Speir had the current high with his pair of sevens. The {Q-Hearts} on the river didn't change things, and Oliveira was quartered. He's down under 15,000 now, while Speir adds to his lead, moving up to 127,000.
