Players have just completed the sixth level of the day, and they are now on a 90-minute dinner break. Cards will be back in the air at 8:15.
James Routos' stack has been up and down as of late, but he recently pulled in a nice pot to get back over 20K.
Action began with the player in the cutoff seat, who opened for 900. Routos 3-bet to 2500 even and was cold-called by the player in the small blind. Everyone else folded.
The flop came and the small blind checked. Routos immediately announced, "All in," sending his opponent deep into the tank.
"That's a big c-bet," he said before finally mucking.
Routos is back up to 24,000 following the hand.

Ty Stewart, or the man in the fedora is now over 40,000. Just before break, we caught the WSOP Executive Director in a big pot.
After a middle position limp, Stewart raised to 1,600 from the cutoff. The player on the button called, and the limper called too.
Flop:
The limper checked. Stewart bet out 3,600, the button called and the limper folder.
Turn:
Ty didn't think long before putting his opponent all in. The button thought briefly, then called.

The river bricked out, and the player on the button was sent to the rail. Stewart is now around 42,000 chips.

One player raised 900 from under the gun. Nicolas Vaca called from the highjack and the player in the cutoff also called. The button and both blinds folded and the dealer rolled out the flop.
Flop:
Action checked through, and the dealer rolled out the turn.
Turn:
The under the gun player checked, and Vaca bet out 1450. The player in the cutoff folded, and the under the gun player called.
River:
The under the gun player checked again, and Vaca bet out 2625. The under the gun player called and mucked when Vaca showed

With over 3,000 in the pot, and the board reading Ray Pulford bet 2,500 from middle position. The played in the highjack tanked, and eventually folded, and the player in the small blind called off his last 1,600.

We don't exactly know what the action was preflop, but once we saw a whole table standing and staring at the board we came a running to see what was going on.
On a flop two players were all in and called by former chip leader James Routos. Routos held for a pair of kings. One of his opponents tabled for a flush draw, and the final player in the hand showed for a set of eights.
The set of eights were ahead for now, but there was still a turn and a river to see. With a touching down on fourth street the set of eights looked to be in good shape. The river assured that the set of eights were indeed the best hand and the massive 30,000 chip pot was awarded to the winner.

Karina Jett had been riding a short stack for quite some time now, and she was just eliminated. We didn't catch the hand but we caught up with Karina afterwards who walked us through it.
Jett held and shoved all in for 4,000. She was called by her opponent who showed down .
The board ran out and Karina didn't improve, sending her to the rail.
