Grafton Takes One Out

Sam Grafton raised to 1,275 and an opponent moved all in for approximately 5,000. Grafton made the call with the {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and his opponent held the {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}. A board of {Q-Hearts}{7-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades} gave Grafton the winner with a pair of sevens and sent his opponent to the rail.

Ramdin Gets a Double with King-High Straight

Victor Ramdin
Victor Ramdin

Victor Ramdin raised to 1,400 and was called by both the small blind and the big blind. The flop came down {J-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and all three players checked to see the {9-Diamonds} land on the turn. The small blind bet 2,500, the big blind folded and then Ramdin called.

The river completed the board with the {10-Spades} and the small blind checked. Ramdin bet all of his chips for an all-in bet worth 8,200. His opponent called.

Ramdin tabled the {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} for a king-high straight and his opponent mucked.

An Angel Has Fallen

Angel Guillen raised all in for 8,100 from the under-the-gun-plus-one position. Action then folded a few spots over to a player in middle position and he reraised all in for around 25,000. Everyone else folded and Guillen turned over the {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}. His opponent held two overs with the {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}.

Guillen's lead stayed true on the {8-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop, but the {Q-Spades} on the turn put him behind. Guillen needed a six on the river, but couldn't find it when the {7-Hearts} fell and he was eliminated short of the money.
