A Small Loss For Seidel

Erik Seidel raised to 500 in early position and both the hijack and big blind made the call. The action checked through to the river on a board of {10-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds} {4-Hearts} {A-Spades} {Q-Spades} and the big blind bet 600 and only Seidel called. A few seconds later and Seidel was throwing his hand into the muck after the big blind tabled {Q-Hearts} {10-Spades}.

Stammen Doing Well

We caught a hand he just lost, but nevertheless he's doing very well in today's event. Keven Stammen just went heads up to the flop that brought out {7-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{3-Spades}. Both players checked. The turn was the {5-Diamonds} and he called a 1,650 bet. The river was the {5-Hearts} and now he called 2,050. Stammen mucked when his opponent showed {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} but he still has a much bigger stack than his opponents.
