2007 Main Event Champ Here to Play

The 2007 World Series of Poker Main Event Champion Jerry Yang is playing a lot more this WSOP than we're used to. This is his fourth event he's played this year and already cashed in Event 9 in 153rd place.

Yang made a deep run in the $1,500 Six-Max event but busted just short of the money.

"I plan to play all the No Limit events this year and the Main Event for sure. I'm not sure about the bigger buy in events, we'll have to wait and see," Yang said.

Tables are breaking fast today. So far half of the Orange Section in the Amazon Room has been relocated but the Tan Section is still full. Over in the Pavilion Room about 2/3 of the Black Sections has been broken but the White Section is still bursting at the seams.

The Doctor Has Left the Building

David "Doc" Sands is out of the tournament in early action.
