Turner's Stack Tumbling

We missed the exact amounts of the preflop betting, however, the first-to-act player raised and was three-bet by Jon Turner from the small blind. The original raiser called and it was heads-up going to the flop.

The flop came {Q-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and Turner led out for 3,150. His opponent called.

Both players checked the {4-Diamonds} turn, however, after Turner checked again on the {K-Clubs} river, his opponent fired 8,600 into the middle.

Turner was visibly annoyed and peaked at his cards several times. He finally shook his head and revealed one card - the {A-Hearts}, and mucked his hand.

"Good fold," Turner's opponent said. He mucked without showing.

Turner is down to 24,000.
