Glantz Takes One from Big Blind

Limit Hold'em

From the hijack seat, Cary Katz raised. Matt Glantz called from the big blind and the flop came down {J-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}. Glantz checked and Katz checked behind.

The turn paired the board with the {J-Diamonds}. Glantz bet and Katz made the call. The river completed the board with the {8-Diamonds} and Glantz bet. Katz folded and Glantz won the pot.

Binger Taken Downtown

"Downtown" Chad Brown
"Downtown" Chad Brown

Pot-Limit Omaha

Michael Binger min-raised to 1,000 under the gun and was immediately met with a three-bet to 1,500 from Rami Boukai. After "Downtown" Chad Brown and Hasan Habib called from the button and big blind respectively, Binger called and it was four-way action to the {3-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{K-Clubs} flop.

It went check-check to Boukai, and he tossed out 1,500, which only Brown and Binger called. When it went check-check to Brown on the {7-Hearts} turn, he made it 6,000 to go and only Binger made the call, though he spent a considerable amount of time contemplating before doing so.

From there, both players checked the {A-Diamonds} river and Binger announced, "Ace." However, before he could tabled his cards, Brown revealed {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}{7-Spades}{2-Clubs} for aces and kings.
