Mefodichev Moves Over the Top

Vladimir Mefodichev opened to 80,000 from early position and was called by Randy Ashe in middle position, Hugh Henderson on the button and Ryan Hughes in the big blind.

The flop came {8-Spades}{J-Spades}{K-Diamonds} and everyone checked to Henderson, who fired 160,000 into the middle. Hughes called and action was back on Mefodichev, who raised to 1,150,000. Everyone else folded after some deliberation and Mefodichev scooped the sizable pot.

Piccioli Doubles Through Humphrey

Bryan Piccioli raised to 310,000 and left himself with only 10,000 behind. It folded to Zachary Humphrey who re-raised all in and Piccioli called off his last 10,000 showing {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}. Humphrey held {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades} and was in need of some help to bust Piccioli.

The board helped Humphrey when it came {K-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} but he was unable to improve further with the {5-Spades} turn and the {2-Spades} river.

Henderson Doubles Through Willerson

Neil Willerson opened to 65,000 from the hijack seat and directly behind him, Randy Ashe flatted. Action then folded around to Hugh Henderson in the big blind, who also came along for a three-way pot.

The flop came {K-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{6-Spades} and Henderson checked, prompting a 120,000 c-bet from Willerson. Ashe got out of the way but Henderson made the call.

Both players checked the {6-Hearts} turn, however, Henderson led out for 255,000 when the {6-Clubs} completed the board. Willerson announced he was all in and Henderson snap-called for his last 680,000.

Willerson: {K-Spades}{7-Spades} for sixes-full of kings.
Henderson: {6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} for quads.

Henderson doubled through to 1.75 million, while Willerson slipped back down to 2.9 million.
