Big Double Up For Chidwick

After a preflop raise and three callers the flop showed {K-Spades}{q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}, and it was checked to Stephen Chidwick. He was the initial raiser and bet 6,600. The player to his left called after which it got to Nicolas Chouity.

Chouity is known for his European Poker Tour Grand Final victory in 2010 when he claimed the massive $2.2 million first place prize. Chidwick is having a great World Series of Poker so far with two big final tables. He finished third in the $1,500 H.O.R.S.E. for $112,106 and sixth in the $50,000 Players Championship for $253,497. And now these two clashed.

Chouity decided to raise and he upped the stakes to 14,600. Chidwick tanked for a bit and three-bet to 30,600. The third player folded and Chouity moved all in right away, Chidwick called.

Chouity was disgusted with the situation, and after the {3-Hearts} turn, and {9-Spades} river he payed off the 69,800 stack. Chidwick is in great shape now, while Chouity dropped down far.
