Mouth and Seiver

Mike Matusow
Mike Matusow

We recently watched Mike Matusow play a hand that wasn't to eventful. Matusow opened the pot when folded to him in the cutoff and the player in the big blind defended. The two players then checked down a {q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades} board and Matusow took down the pot when he turned over {a-Spades}{7-Hearts} for ace-high.

Like we said, not too eventful, but luckily Matusow is an entertainer. Sitting behind Matusow is Scott Seiver and the two have been niggling at eachother in good fun throughout the day. At one point earlier, the dealer said, "i think people would just pay Scott to get under your skin all day." At this point Matusow got to his feet and put his arm around Scott and told the table that Scott could never really get under his skin.

At this point in the tournament both of these players have made the cash and survive with healthy stacks.
