Strelitz Cut in Half

Level 14 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Action started with a middle position player raising it to 5,000, and Daniel Strelitz was next to act. He three bet it to 12,200, and it folded around to Tyler Cornell big blind, who moved all in for his last 52,000. The original raiser tanked folded, and it was back to Strelitz. He thought for about 20 seconds before saying "I call."

Strelitz: {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Cornell: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

Strelitz had two live cards, but the board didn't bring out any paint, running down {7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Cornell jumped up to 115,000 after that hand, while Strelitz fell to 79,000.

Sixth Time's a Charm

Level 14 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

Adam Levy has already been all in with a call for six times today he just told the table. Just now we saw him all in and he got two opponents checking the hand down. One of them was Sam Stein who rivered an ace on {2-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{7-Hearts} | {Q-Hearts} | {A-Clubs}. That pair of aces was no good as Levy slammed his {2-Clubs}{2-Hearts} on the table for a flopped set. He's still short, but still in.

Wade Out, Nguyen Triples

Level 14 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

It was a preflop all in with three players involved. Travell Thomas had {10-Clubs}{10-Spades} and had both Truong Nguyen ({A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}) and Tristan Wade ({J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}) covered. The flop helpt no one with {8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{7-Clubs} but the was of immense help to Wade: {J-Spades}. The river {A-Hearts} spoiled the party for Wade though. Nguyen received all of Wade's chips and received some more from Thomas.

Shorr Fades Draw to Double

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

We missed the preflop action, but there was about 10,000 in the middle when we got to the table to see Shannon Shorr and David Coker heads up going to the flop. Those three cards were {a-Clubs}{7-Spades}{j-Clubs}, and Coker open shoved for 65,000, having Shorr covered. It didn't take long for Shoor to call off his last 33,500.

Coker: {5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Shorr: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}

Shorr had flopped top pair, and would need to fade a club to survive. He was able to do that, as the board completed {9-Diamonds} and {a-Diamonds}, giving Shorr trips on the river.
