Ortynskiy in Trouble as Mueller Chips Up

Level 28

Omaha Hi-Lo

Viatcheslav Ortynskiy raised to 100,000 under the gun and Benjamin Scholl called from the small blind. Greg "FBT" Mueller then three-bet to 150,000 from the big, both his opponents called and the flop came down {q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}. Scholl checked, Mueller bet 50,000 and Viatcheslav folded. Knowing his opponent only had 15,000 back, Scholl check-raised and Mueller called off.

Mueller: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Spades}
Scholl: {a-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{10-Spades}

The {6-Spades} turn and {5-Diamonds} river allowed Mueller to scoop with his pair of aces for high and ace-deuce for low.

Ortynskiy was left with just 125,000 after the hand, but fortunately for him he doubled through Tom Schneider in the very next hand.
