Kevin MacPhee and Mike Ellis have both bought into Event #39 with just minutes left of late registration.
MacPhee is looking for his sixth cash of the 2013 WSOP, including his second in a Stud event. MacPhee finished 25th from a field of 374 in Event #5 ($2,500 Omaha/Seven card Stud Hi/Low), while Ellis is in the hunt for bracelet number two after taking down a $1,500 No Limit Hold'em event in 2010.

Ausmus has fallen behind, leaving himself only 1,800 in chips.
Catching the action on fourth street we found Daniel Negreanu and another player calling a bet before Negreanu two-bet on fifth with both his opponents making the call. On sixth Negreanu led out and again found two calls before all three players checked seventh.

Negreanu tabled his / for aces-up and after his first opponent flashed his for a missed low and the other stated he had four diamonds, Negreanu collected the pot and moved back over starting stack.
With the action just passing third, we spotted Daniel Negreanu bet on fourth and get called by David “OBD” Baker, before the same happened on fifth. Both casually checked as seventh was dealt out.
“I check dark,” informed Negreanu, just before the dealer pitched out the cards. Baker looked down at his cards, and checked also, before tabling his remaining three cards. The pair of queens was good enough to take down the pot for the high, as both players missed out on making a low.
