Blair Doubles Once Again

Level 24 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante
Eric Blair
Eric Blair

Hand #79: Eric Blair had the button. He opened to 50,000 and it folded to Manig Loeser who three-bet all in. Blair called 509,000 for his tournament life and the hands were tabled.

Blair: {A-Spades}{8-Diamonds}
Loeser: {A-Clubs}{6-Hearts}

The flop brought {Q-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{9-Spades} and Blair remained out in the lead. While there was a possibility of a chop, that eventually did not materialize as the {5-Spades} hit fourth and the {7-Hearts} fell on fifth. Blair's hand was able to hold as the best and he was able to score a double.
