Hands #96-99 Pulusani Doubles Through Rocco

Level 29 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #96- Michael Rocco raised to 125,000 from the small blind, and Sandeep Pulusani moved all in from the big blind. Rocco quickly folded, and Pulusani won the pot.

Hand #97- Niall Farrell got a walk in the big blind.

Hand #98- Farrell moved all in from the small blind, and Rocco folded his hand.

Hand #99- Rocco moved all in from the small blind, and as soon as Pulusani saw his hand, he made the call.

Rocco: {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Pulusani: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

Pulusani was in great shape with the overpair, but it wasn't the best flop for him, as it came down {8-Spades}{j-Clubs}{a-Spades}. Rocco picked up a pair of eights, and he also had backdoor draw outs. Well the {a-Hearts} was great for Pulusani, as he would only lose if an eight came now. The {q-Hearts} on the river gave Pulusani an unnecessary full house, and he secured the double up to 1.8 million, while Rocco is now down to 465,000.
