Grinding

Level 5 : 100/200, 25 ante

With the board reading {q-Spades}{6-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}, World Series of Poker mainstay Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi watched his opponent quietly tap the table for a check.

Seizing on the sign of weakness, Mizrachi fired a bet of 800 forward to take the pot down.

Guillen Picking Up Chips Quick

Level 5 : 100/200, 25 ante

Angel Guillen opened to 425 from middle position and was called by the player in the small blind. The flop came {A-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{6-Hearts} as both players checked their options. The {A-Clubs} on the turn, brought a check from the small blind, before Guillen threw out a bet of 650. D'Angelo Wants More

Level 5 : 100/200, 25 ante

With a flop reading {6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}, Ryan D’Angelo checked from the small blind, before his opponent in middle position threw out a bet. He instantly came over the top for 2,050, and was called as both players saw the {Q-Spades} come on the turn. Both player checked, and did so again on the river, before D’Angelo angrily turned over his {Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a flopped straight.

An upset D’Angelo was hoping to take a few extra chips from his opponent during the hand, but had to settle for the pot, as he moves up to 22,000 in chips.

Eslami Eliminated

Level 5 : 100/200, 25 ante

We arrived at the table, just in time to see Ali Eslami commit his last 3,125 chips pre-flop. He held {8-Clubs}{8-Spades} and was up against his opponent who tabled {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}.

Even though he was in front, Eslami would be eliminated, when the board ran out {J-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{7-Hearts}, giving his opponent the victory with top pair.
