Greg Oleson Eliminated in 14th Place ($24,449)

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

From middle-position Michael Perrone shoved all in. Greg Oleson in the small blind called all in for 165,000 and the big blind folded. The situation for Perrone with his {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} couldn't get any better as Oleson showed {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}. The board wouldn't change a thing and Oleson left the tournament in 14th place: {2-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} | {6-Hearts} | {3-Diamonds}.

Van Tran Doubles Through Noah Sandler

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Van Tran shoved all in from the hijack position for 103,000 and he was, after quite some tanking, looked up by Noah Sandler in the small blind. Michael Quick mucked his big blind and there was a show down with Van Tran at risk.

Van Tran had {Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs} and needed to improve against Noah Sandler's {A-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}. He flopped an open-ended with {3-Hearts}{10-Spades}{K-Spades} but wouldn't hit that. The {3-Spades} on the turn was a blank but the {J-Spades} on the river gave him the pair he needed.

O'donoghue Eliminates Silva in 15th Place ($24,449)

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

On a {K-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs} | {10-Hearts} board we saw Brian O'donoghue push all in from the small blind. He didn't need to put all of his chips in the middle since he had his opponent more than easily covered. Luis Silva was tanking from the cut off but eventually decided to call. He had {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for the over card, open ended and flush draw. He needed to improve though as O'donoghue showed {K-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. The {10-Spades} on the river didn't help Silva and he exited the tournament area.

Robert Redman Eliminated in 16th Place ($19,444)

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

From middle position Noah Sandler made it 32,000 to go. Behind him it was Robert Redman who shoved all in from the big blind with {A-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for about 72,000. Sandler made the call, showing {K-Clubs}{6-Clubs}. Unfortunately for Redman, the flop would come king high: {K-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{J-Hearts}. Redman still had a gutshot but his straight wouldn't materialize with the {9-Clubs} on the turn and {10-Diamonds} on the river. Noah Sandler now has a little shy of 900,000.

J. Austin Hijar Doubles Michael Quick

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Another all in and another big one. J. Austin Hijar had the {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} but was dominated by Michael Quick's {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}. The flop gave both top pair but Austin Hijar had a flush draw on top of that: {A-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. The {K-Spades} gave Quick two pair and took away some of Austin Hijar's outs, but delivered the jacks as new cards Austin Hijar could possibly hit to eliminate Quick. The {10-Spades} on the river was a blank though, and Quick doubled.

O'Donoghue Busts Schwippert in Big Pre Flop All In

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

When we arrived action was already well under way. Schwippert had apperently raised preflop from the hijack and O'Donoghye had three bet from the cut off to, what appeared, 75,000. After folds from the player on the button and both blinds, Schwippert had moved all in for 495,000. O'Donoghye made the call after some thinking, which wasn't good for Schwippert:

Jan Eric Schwippert{A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Brian O'Donoghue{10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}

The board would not help Schwippert: {8-Spades}{9-Spades}{5-Diamonds} | {5-Spades} | {J-Diamonds}. Schwippert now had a lot of stacking to do while Schwippert
made his way to the pay out.
