He was in good shape to double up his 8,400 stack but the board would spell doom for him: | | . Hunichen ends up as the number 244th in this event. Austrian big stack Thomas Butzhammer, who was the owner of the ace-jack, now has 116,000.
Before the bubble Govert Metaal was already up to 100,000 in chips, coming from 80,000. He just told us a hand where he lost a lot of chips.
Short stacked player Joshua Jones shoved all in for about 10,000 from the hijack, and in the cut off Govert Metaal made the call with . Right next to him Noah Sandler made the call as well from the button, and both blinds folded. with two hearts on the flop and Metaal checked to his opponent. Sandler, starting the hand with just over 60,000, bet 16,000. Metaal shoved all in and Sandler made the call with for two overs to the board and a flush draw. Sandler hit his flush and decapitated Metaal's big stack.
From late position Tim Duckworth pushed his last 9,300 to the middle. The cut off, also short with just 16,300, reshoved and Jeremy Joseph in the big blind made the call to put both players at risk. The on the turn and on the river were blanks for her and Stout won the pot.
Dozier left the tournament and made her way to the pay out desk. Maybe she'll use some of the money she cashed to buy in to the Ladies Event.
Govert Metaal lost a lot of chips early on in the day, but is in great shape again after he doubled twice. First he opened the button to 3,500 with and he called as the big blind shoved on him for 22,300 total. The big blind had and his kicker would play no part in it with | | on the table.

Metaal wasn't out of the woods yet though, as Sandler flopped a draw about as good as they could come: . Fortunately for Metaal both the turn () and river () bricked and he found his double up. Sandler, in the meantime, still has a very healthy stack of about 160,000.
Russell Crane opened from early position to 3,500 and saw Brent Becker three bet to 10,000 from middle position. Crave made the cal and both players checked the flop. Crave bet out 9,200 when the dealer put the on the turn. Becker made the call and both players went back to checking once the popped up on the river.
