Welcome back to our coverage of the 2013 World Series of Poker, live from the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino. Today marks the 50th event of this summer's series and it's an exciting one at that! Players will soon be taking their seats for Event #50: $2,500 10-Game Mix (Six Handed). Last year none other than Vanessa Selbst won the bracelet in this event, securing the second piece of gold jewelry around her wrist and becoming the first woman to win an open event since she won her first bracelet back in 2008.

Last year this event began with 420 entrants all of whom ponied up the $2,500 entry fee in order to compete for the bracelet and the $244,259 first-place prize. On her path to victory, Selbst defeated a final table that included the likes of Mike Gorodinsky and Chris Bjorin. She eventually faced Michael Saltzberg heads up to clinch the victory.

Playing a ten game rotation requires the utmost versatility, as games are constantly changing between limit and no-limit games or stud variants to draw variants. The games in the ten game mix are Limit Hold'em, Omaha Split 8-or-Better, Razz, Stud Hi, Stud Split 8-or-Better, No-Limit Hold'em, Pot-Limit Omaha, Deuce-to-Seven Triple Draw, and No-Limit Deuce-to-Seven Single Draw, and Badugi.

Cards will be in the air shortly, so be sure to stay with us for all of the latest updates from the tournament floor!
